32 bit plusemu

hello everyone wasnt posting here so much but i need help .
my pc is x86 aka 32 bit and i cannot run plusemu on win 8.1 . .net 4.5 installed
it says
"You cannot run this program because its not suitable for your pc. Contact program developers to get a suitable one."
uhhh??

Try running it as Administrator

fixed by finding a 32 bit plusemu. thanks anyway. mod can close thread.
