diamond painting

Hello guys it’s 439 again, does anyone know the person that makes these diamond paintings? I wanna know how they are made or are they free-drawn by hand? if so I wanna learn how to make these. I haven’t found any infos after long research but maybe some of you guys can help me? :-)
