I bought a VPS through HostSavor.com but when I try to install the IIS it won't work and I have no clue why and I need this error fixed for my hotel. Any suggestions? i've also tried contacting them but there Live Chat is always offline.

I have tried several times and have wasted so much money on trying to create and develop a retro by myself, and I fuck up somewhere everytime lool. I need some help, can somebody create one for me (You do NOT have to full time dev if you do not want to) But it would be nice (ill pay you)

But it is still possible to put an XAMPP hotel onto a VPS to make it public with a domain?

If you make on XAMPP can you easily just convert it onto your VPS when you buy one without losing anything from the hotel? Like move it onto a VPS by just changing the IPs to your VPS IP? and also add a domain to make it Public?
