Which Emulator is it you're talking about? Check the stack height of the chairs in the database as that's what level you sit at.

Morningstar currently does not let you type commands (a bug being fixed in later patches), as a temporary workaround for this, make sure you have the permissions to run the command :shutdown in your client. This will close the emulator properly and save the tables which are currently 'bugging'...
