I got an issue where all rooms are open for everyone, even though the state is invisible/locked in the database.

Then it probably is the custom room model. I hope someone can fix this issue.

catalog_items (itemid) refers to furniture id furniture (interactiontype roomdeal and behaviour data = id of the deal) refers to catalog_deals

The only thing you have to do in catalog_deals is to give an id and fill in a room ID

Item ID is the one which refers to the ID in the furniture table.
