Have you tried using a new login and register page? I haven't used this cms, and it's from like 3-5 years ago so it might need a bit of fixing but try another revcms index and register page. I will find the issue with it tomorrow

I mean a simple, easy fix just disable the user count from being grabbed from the TCP connection, and make it grab the online users from the "users" table in the database, and where users online = 1, it should display that online count instead of from the "Server_status" table, and do the same...
