Hi, Do anyone know how could I add a room category using azure emulator?

Is not an emulator, it as the web cms, they asked to run the .bat file. And that happen. I do not know where is the config file for the web. Yeah i notice that, thus i remove IIS, but then it gave me an error of httpd.exe file is not found. Anyone got a full cms of it?
