If you have installed it properly, you need to change the Xampp directory to C:/Xampp/htdocs/PUBLIC instead of htdocs.

Hmm thats pretty weird tbh. I tried changing the Bronze coin's Offer_active to 1, and i cant buy more than one.. And im using Arcturus I've tried all update commands and i have restarted the emulator also. EDIT: I had to change have_offer to 0. Its working now!
