This looks quite good. Ill be sure to give this a little go when you release it :) Ill give it a 9/10 for now, a few things could be changed to make it a little neater.

Hello, Are you sure the link in your index page is the correct link for your register page?

All that happens is when you click the register button the page flashes really quickly and thats it, no errors or anything

Still doesn't add anything to the database and the captcha code that was on the register page has messed up aswell now. But all im really bothered about at the moment is getting the information to the DB
