Have you port forwarded?

Check the port in the config file, if I remember correctly it was set at 1232, just change it to the one you want to use then restart the emulator

You must of not port forward correctly, do a Join.me and send me link via PM & I'll do it for you.

Press F12 then goto console, see if your browser logs anything.

Doesn't Uber use sha1? Not entirely sure, you maybe have moved it to md5 but just asking just incase lol.
