Why would I try another client.php if it works on localhost just fine? Any luck?

Opened ports 80, 30000 & 30001. Triple checked all 3, working fine. Attached the emulator config.

I know that these threads have been posted everywhere but I've looked through all of them and they all end up going nowhere. Currently I have xampp with MySql and Apache online. Everything is configured fine and when I set my IP to localhost, I connect with no issue and everything works...

Has a solution been found for this yet? I tried to portforward my retro and the client gets stuck on 76% and when I shutdown my emulator, my client doesn't redirect me to a disconnect page.
