Have you tried a different Habbo.SWF? I had the same issue with Phoenix - found the swfs I used and uploaded, worked a dream.

You will not find a tech to do this for you. You really think people who can code C# well enough for retros will stick by on a hotel when they could easily get a job at someplace else? I've tried this - you won't get anyone.
