Variables correct? If so, set your banner from banner.php to banner.png. Some kid I helped yesterday had this exact problem and it turns out it was actually the banner.

Umm, I have a bit of a problem here.. I've spent the last few hours getting the packets for RELEASE63-201306031309-206995630 CRACKED (03-06-12) but the encryption hasn't been removed so I cannot use the SWF. Do any of you guys know how to remove the encryption on the SWF?
Ah, it's pretty easy really. Simply backup or delete your catalog_pages, catalog_items, and furniture tables and import the catalog_pages.sql file you just downloaded from the link I gave you. You might need to download the other files as well or some images and furniture may not load.

Your using Phoenix Emulator right? The catalog provided with it is pretty basic and a lot of pages are in different categories. Your best bet would be to download an updated catalog.
I just noticed that one way gates don't work on Butterstorm, anyways here's a one way gates and diamonds.

Have you by any chance added any new columns in rooms? Because I remember doing this on butterstorm and was unable to create rooms until I removed the column, make sure all columns have a default value
It's your variables. And for the problem with you not being able to change your clothes, it's because your default look is set to "-" (RevCMS's default look) which gives you a white character.
