Nice tutorial, not of much use to myself but great for beginners getting into banners. Obviously with any banner you can be as creative as possible and there's much more to making something more complex (See the Habbi banner for example), but...
The peace banner is actually a total of 3 images in the background with transparent layers. Habbo images, but zoomed out. Can see where you're coming from!

Checked both logs. Nothing out of the ordinary. One is the exact text I see in the emulator and the other is an error log (One being about a MySQL connection issue, simply because I didn't start the service).
Added the figurepartlist and used the .php seen below to no success.
