Okay so finally after 6 days I finally found some one who can set up my retro ^o^!!!! it worked last night but for some reason it only works on the vps? if i try outside the VPS my client loads till 87% help? (Works fine on the vps)

@Nippy umm where the fk is the EMU Located? Like there are like 100 files in there and like 3 config files? Evertime i try and start something that looks like the EMU it gets a really weird connection?
