im using XAMMP . Like what folders should have the .htaccess file in there?? im Kinda New to using RevCMS and kinda confused about that php thing too.. sorry

everytime i click client. i wont goto the API thingy. i steady says 404! and i also get this error can anyone please help me with this are give me a tut in order to fix this problem.
