A concept is a concept, some are good and some are bad, in your case it's the very definition of in-between. The idea of it to represent you is a good one and if weed is your life, then sure. But the design of it is poorly done with a lot of jiggered edges. Keep experimenting, it really helps.

Could always add a kind of extrude to the left part of the V going across, which will then meet up with the wings and thus will be more identifiable.

Not too bad, you could have maintained the text being readable by running it through a distortion filter and fade (apply the distortion then immediately go to edit > fade [your choice of distortion] and apply the opacity to around 50). Either way, I quite like the top one.
