I like the design only thing i would change is the background to be honest it might not look much Habbo related but it would look nice if you look at something like fatal u would see what i mean with the different background apart from that mate good work :)

Your client.php might be bugged then try finding another client.php file and try that and make sure you double check all ur config's and vars and stuff

Depending on what proxy u use i find some bug the emulator out it's quiet annoying tbh

Make sure all ur register.php files and everything are properly done and that ur db works with the cms as i know shockcms is uber u might be using a rev based db which would not work.
