I have a CSS document on my site and it's irritating having to clear my cache every single time I make a small adjustment to it. I wanted to stop it from caching so when I edit it I can see immediate results. How do I do this?

Helloooor, I have a 2GB VPS and I need to configure my server so it can hold a few amount of users. I know Obbo can hold 120 users with a 2GB VPS so how can I achieve the same goal. What would I need to do to ensure my users get minimal lagg? PS. I use IIS Regards Josh
