You need to update your tables inside your database. Don't have my laptop on me so can't really help you give you the SQLs.

My bad, have you checked your web.config? If this was a MySQL Engine problem there would show an error. I believe it is to do with your CMS.

Your first problem may be something to do with the database, check server_settings since its not recognising that specific text. As for your second issue, I believe it is in the server_landing. Correct me if I am wrong but it is something to do with the landing.
