In server_settings you'll see welcome_message then a column for the value next too it, in here write your welcome message you wish users to see. If this cell is null no welcome message will appear. See the screenshot included if youre stuck.

Clothing in the cata is ugly anywhere, just run a find and replace and make them all sellable=0

figuredata.xml OR figuremap.xml-> make sellable=1. Im not sure which as I havent done it for a while.

Please note this emulator buyroom and sellroom command are exploited, I'd suggest disabling them via the DB, or make staff only.
