Well i did what he said, i copied that emulator config, updated it, put in the proxy ip and it fully works now

The firewall is switched off. I don't think you put the proxy ip in the emulator configuration.

It should be included in your .htaccess too.

Hmm, try re-downloading the emulator again, and re-input the permissions tables in your database. Then try debugging your emulator again, if that doesn't work im struggled in how this occurred otherwise sorry mate.

Whenever i am trying to load the client, it sticks on 76% even with or without the proxy on the client. When it sticks on 76%, it continues in to load on 76% and it says that 1 user is online, does anyone know how to fix?
