So, i am setting a retro up using PlusEMU and the client loads to 76% and then instantly redirects to /me without leaving anything in the Developer Console. If you need anything else please leave it in the comments and please provide a fix.

Not really, because schools generally block their Adoble Flash Player's for things they block that can be found unblocked that could be using Flash.

They don't block the ports, they block the Adobe Flash Players. I go to college, theres only some computers that allow me on my retro using IE.
