Well It cant be site_navi cuz there is some pages with names that I dont have in my menu bar :( Is there any other way?

It wont let user relogin because the hotel says incorrect password even when they are 200% sure they typed right password.. Is there maybe problem in my password hash?

Hello friends! My hotel is having major problem and that is that users lose their account sudently. They try to log in to them ... But they cant.. They set right password while trying to login but then hotel tells that password is not right.. What have caused this? and what I can do to fix...
