For one, MySpace doesn't really have a greater design than more used social networks out there (imo). But Habbo Illumina looks not just more modern, but also a lot more mature. Yes it was fun with all the pixel font (Volter) and that, but I really think this is one of the updates that will make...
So I recently randomly found some images on Google Images and found a pretty neat UI that I thought first was a custom concept from other habbotards - but actually I found out it's official concepts by Sulake.
What do you think about the UI?
My personal thought is it looks really...
We see many developers using different languages for different projects, but what language do most developers prefer? Of course it's a question of what kind of project this is - is this for web, desktop or something third? I'd like to know how many know each language.
Now, before you vote...
The channel is usually for Rev development and help topics so if you cba to see 10000 threads about an error or found a new error, you could report it in here.
Of course you can chat about (almost) everything, it just have to follow the rules of DevBest (except anti-Habbo rules) and QuakeNet.
Team Rev has got a IRC channel on the QuakeNet server. You can join it on #TeamRev
Don't know what the hell IRC is? Well let me tell ya..
IRC (Internet Relay Chat) is a old school chat system that runs on it's own protocol - just like HTTP, FTP and so on - just for chat. It's available for all...
First off, it's not LUA, but just Lua. It's a programming language like any other, but is very lightweight - and because of this, it's being used mostly to plugins for games, applications and other kind of stuff.
Also it's really easy to learn, implement into a project and have a very good...
Depending on the RevEmu performance and stability, I would start with 2 GB ram imo - think of it as many users join on the same time, this will cause lag spike and in the worst case server overhead (like DDoS) - Again, depending on the stability.
Of course I would trust Zak on this, but I've...
Try to learn more about what different data types are; like integers, strings, decimals, objects. Then work with them. They're in all (most) languages.
JFuseLicense
Version 1.0.0
JFuseLicense is a jQuery plugin to add and check licenses with the FuseLicense API by Jian Ting. It's easy to set-up and use.
What is the idea for this?
This was just an idea I had when exploring FuseLicense. I wanted to use the service with AJAX so it could be...
It's all just rumors, of course Sulake wouldn't take such a big chance. Maybe try to improve the client, but their client is still under heavy development - you see all those changes both frontend and backend. But I don't think so at all.
I know - they did a good job, while it lasted. And I know that they didn't went to Aaron, because they had their knowledge themselves (afaik). But Sulake is still under a heavy "war" against private servers, emulating their software. They try hard, but some people know pretty much stuff enough...
