It means the column volume already exists. Those error means the IP they use doesn't match to the last IP they use to login.

You could try out other hosting such as www.brickvps.com or www.host1plus.com. Host1Plus lets you host Habbo Retros as long as they don't get any complaints... they are not that familiar with the legality of Habbo either.
