So I recently created a banner for a hotel I play at. Not made them for a while so this is my first. I made the background myself, done it all myself except from drawing the text lol. Any feedback is appreciated, anything I could do better or make the banner more appealing?

Yeah. Or you could've merged those 2 layers together and done it like that. Just depends on how you want it :)

Don't look too bad. Try designing your own badge ;) And maybe, your signature you could add the white outline around the user and the text box also makes it stand out a bit more ?

I've done everything you've said but when I go onto localhost, the page it just blank white can someone help pls

I've done it and now it's coming up with http://prntscr.com/ghk8x4 and when I try changing the web.config it keeps saying it's being edited somewhere else and reload it nd it changed back to how it was.
