1) You should use Phoenix 3.11.0 as it is much better, with sit, teleport and many other commands. 2) Try using Navicat, it's a cool program for database management, it's basically like phpmyadmin but much easier and quicker control.

This looks nice. I'm not really into RP/R63B hotels, but this looks impressive. I think it would be better if you add some Habbo related images instead of just a blue background. Easter themed, perhaps?
