Is your config correct? If you can maybe paste the config here and just edit out your password etc from it Also is it on VPS? or Home hosted? And If you want to have this fixed as soon as possible I could take a look for you if youd like. Using Teamviewer of course.

Have you tried checking the actual URLS to your SWF? Example https://URL.com/SWF/gamedata/external_Variables.txt And they show the variables?
