r96 is the version of the emulator, not habbo.

Sulake don't run an emulator for Habbo, if they did - What are they emulating? How are they greedy? They are a international company, not some teenagers owning a hotel.

Any CMS will work with IIS, it will need some tweaks though. For example - URL Rewrite might be needed.

Don't think that you can claim it is the best, It is the most used.

I looked into this before and then gave up when i found out my wireless card isnt compatible. Have fun doing it!
