Why not just download Phoenix and use the SQL in the files?

Tabs are in the images folder. And for the header color do the following: Go into htdocs/wwwroot > app > tpl > skins > habbo > styles > common.css Find this line : #header-container{background-color:#BDBDBD; Change #BDBDBD to any color you want, using HTML color codes ofcourse.

Clear you cache and make sure any adblockers are disabled, It should work if you set it up properly.

Theres a phoenix DB converter that you can use to convert databases. Never tried it myself though.
