Does the client load then stop, or does it just stay @ 0% all the time?

Try looking through your DCR's for all of those, just ctrl + find the text.

The only thing I can think of is that the SWF pack doesn't work. Try to use another, while keep that one as a backup.

I would think that r63 is more stable and easier to do, but r63b is much more funner.

Just making sure you edited the external_variables to your url?

There isn't a room.swf, you need to make it yourself. Thats the only way.
