You violated the rules, and "RastaLulz" who is the person that owns this forum & Thehabbos has suspended you. Deal with it or don't break the rules simple!

Go onto your XAMPP control panel, and where it says runSQL and apache, make sure they are both running, if not click start, if they are stop and restart them.

Go into client.php and change the IP.

Check your firewall, and make an exception, Might work.
