Which logo did you change? the .png if you did then that's incorrect, there's a logo called habbologo_whiteR and habbologo_blackR.gif you need to replace both of those.

Yes, it is possible. You go to the rooms table find out what model you have, go to room_models table go to the room you have, then set the x-y coords to 0? I believe, Haven't made a custom room model in awhile so i'm not certain of this but it's worth testing.
