The IP @ no-ip should be your public and not 192.168.0.10, that is your host IP meaning only you can access it, where others can access your public IP. So go to whatismyip.com copy your IP paste it in that box and see if it works.

Upload your screenshots somewhere else.

Open your client.php and make sure the ports are the same as the ports @ your emu.
