What you need to do is: First of all, upload the db then: Unzip emulator.rar somewhere, then go to debug folder, then open config and edit the configs (like db info, dbname, dbpass, ip etc...) and then run Plus Emulator.exe.

Provide more information... You cant just say "do you know how to fix the news posting or not", I need to know the issue first? Whats not working with it? Give us some screenshots, the code, etc...

How about the .swf file(s) for clothing? Are they in the base folder?
