Grant permissions to "Everybody" in your files permission folder. Worked for me when I CHMOD 777'd a folder needed for one of @Leader 's CMS.

Communication\Packets\Incoming\Navigator -> The files here have an if statement. Remove this from them all: if (Session.GetHabbo().Rank < 8) return;

Theres a IF statement on one of the navigator packets. It would say if (Session.GetHabbo().Rank => 8)

This service is bad imo. Hotels stand out from their custom features/commands and people will just all have the same shit. Nice service from you, bad service for people who cant code a command.
