Please provide more information and screenshots, i.e. version, emulation software etc. If you're talking about the latest Habbo version then it is easily done in most emulation softwares via the database. Edit; I'm not sure how to go about it via Bloodline, sorry.

Things like this have been suggested and even held before, the previous coding competition was an epic fail as nnone really participated, something easier like graphics or html might be more popular as even though you might not think it, most people here cannot code.

If you just want to hide the errors you can just add error_reporting(0); to your core.php file but this wouldn't display important errors if they were to come up in the future.

You can host a retro locally or with webhosting. Simon make sure you have all your config files set up right and that your webhost supports remote MySQL connections as quite a lot of free ones don't.
