There is a command actually when you say it the floor plan editor opens.

In your client.php file where it says http://localhost/swfs/gamedata/{language}.txt you're gonna need to change this to http://localhost/r63/external_variables.txt

The issue is you're using the Hablore skin that had multiple languages and you're using {language} to represent the variables. Change the {language} to external_variables.txt
