JR Hotel was hosted by Epichosts - Epichosts deploy outdated retro packages :/ You didnt set it up, you may have bought it.

This is because you've deleted all the default maps out of /maps - even when you wish not to use them, it is advised to leave them there. On this case, re-install your server and add your custom maps on top of this. OR You've installed UMC (The votemap addon) but havent got enough maps for it...
