in your emu folder there should be a program / file named debug hit that.

as he said check firewall setting's make sure you have set the inbound and outbound rules if not it wont allow connections. also check that the client.php and look for connection info host and make sure its the correct ip if you need any help via teamviewer drop me a message id love to help...
