I'm not too comfortable with roleplay emu's, however, this looks like its a issue with the database. Have you set up the database properly for that emulator?

Check for inconsistencies in the header code, (Open me.php and filter 'My Page', for example). My first guess would be the code including those spacers is not there for 'My Page', 'Account Settings', or 'Hotel Rules'. Can you post the code for me.php? If not, its probably the CSS.

I've been on SA-MP since '08, had plenty of experiances with the keyboard warrior types. What exactly sets your script apart? if you are the 'real' Irage, then I assume its half decent, but I don't see anything that compellingly sets it apart.
