Well, since navicat is just software to upload and edit databases and can't run apache or mysql; XAMPP

Hello, If you are still having the issue, make sure that the config.php file is filled out correctly. The config.php may be filled out in the way it needs to be if you are running XAMPP, which the majority runs on. Let me know if you fixed the problem, Daniel
