Buy a vps. It’s only for $5 at PortServers.net I recommend them and do what @JMG says. Edit: IIS is not bad to host a localhost retro wtf.... If anything it’s BETTER.

Maybe you could say its common, rare etc so for example a Stun Gun is common, AK47 is Rare It will be like Fifa Packs kinda? in rare keys u can get common ones sometimes

It doesn't make difference. Xampp or IIS both are the same. If your on about one is better then the other they are both the same its just about how you configure your shit.
