I can definitely help you but I would recommend getting a small $25 VPS instead since doing that means people can easily hack into your PC. Also XAMPP has security exploits so either way you would be screwed. Definitely get a VPS bro. If not that is fine since it is your hotel and not ours. BTW...

Login to it, go to where I showed you earlier Users > localhost > edit priveleges and make sure it's the one that has them, then you should be able to set a new passsword
