Are your SWFs really at /RevCMS/r63/ and not /r63/? Can you show me your full directory structure of your wwwroot or htdocs?

Do you have all your SWFs setup? Are they pointing up to the correct SWF directory? but I guess that's no the problem since if the SWF is missing it'll connect then disconnect.

On your external_variables, change all %predefined% to 127.0.0.1. On your config.php (/app/management/), make sure that the ip address there is 127.0.0.1 not localhost. Do that. ^

Right after you visit the client, it attempts to connect on a server where it is pointed. The question is.. are you using an IP address, a web address, or localhost/127.0.0.1?

Do your emulator receives the connection from the client?

If you set it higher than 7, then it'll also disappear for rank 8 and 9?

I had trouble with housekeeping like this before. What I did is I kept the .htaccess in the /ase/ folder then I installed Helicon APE and that fixed the thing. I don't know why it doesn't work for others / it doesn't work now. ~

Is it working or it gives the same 404 error?

Try (url)/ase/index.php?url=dash, of course change (url) with your IP or URL.

It works perfectly with a fresh RevCMS database + PhoenixEMU database.

When you had the web.config inside the /ase/ folder, did you move it or did you copy it?

Check your database and see if there's a table called permissions_ranks or something similar? I'm not familiar with Phoenix anymore. :(
