So I load the page and its white. Won't even connect on vps. Ports are open on vps. Web-Config is edited.

This happened to my friends dad. He was playing around with his mo. and it beeped. He said it was broken or something. Not sure if it was to do with the RAM slot / cards. But i'd double check.
