Supersup its not my home IP its my servers IP meaning it cant connect to thehabbos or the voting site so no votes are being counted from anyone.

Yeah its annoying pressing proceed anyway cause half my users don't get it and end up not getting to my retro. Tbh if Boom doesn't sort it they should be removed. Its a bit unfair to other hotels.

A lot of my users have been complaining about this as some use TheHabbos to get to my site. I've had to get them to use my direct URL instead.

I have the latest API working and everything. It seems to just be at high user times. Like if you have already voted in the day its fine but some users hadn't so i get heaps of facebook messages saying "ITS NOT LETTING ME IN" So I check on my dedi and sure enough. You vote click the animal then...

Hi My hotel Habplus uses your API system and it works at times but at peak times it just quits and after voting makes the user re-vote and re-vote again but doesn't let them into the client. Any help with this?
