PhoenixEMU doesn't rely on Habboon but on Phoenix's licensing server. And as you can see the O/P uses cracked one.

You did not changed database.php for GrapeASE. That happened to me when Nathan transferred our CMS on webhost, so we needed to change it to the appropriate configuration.
