What are you trying to access? If it's phpMyAdmin, try going to http://localhost/phpmyadmin

Try setting curl_enabled to 0 in "thehabbos_api/config.php", or like the user above said, try going to the PHP.INI file, and searching php_curl.dll, after you've done that, replace ;extension=php_curl.dll with: extension=php_curl.dll
